The downside is they are more likely to yellow with age and have a strong odour. Because they are oil-based, they also require a solvent clean up.

The number of people required for a paint project depends on the square footage of the space, and how many rooms need to get painted. Smaller painting projects like a single room can be completed by just one person, while a larger paint project like an entire home might require two or more people. A painting project can also be expedited by supplying more people on the project.

Larger pieces of furniture such as beds, cupboards, and couches can be moved to the middle of the room, away from the paint surfaces. Covering them with furniture covers or even a bedsheet will protect them from dust and splashes.
